Senior Manager

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India

The Role / Responsibilities:
? Lead a regional team supporting multiple global processes, and work toward stabilization after a
period of growth and process change
? Develop team engagement in processes, building ownership and accountability to drive high
levels of service
? Work with global process owners and local manager/team leaders to develop and document
new or revised processes and SLAs
? Learn and maintain an execution-level process knowledge in order to be an effective escalation
point
? Be a reliable and responsive escalation point for process and staff issues
? Timely and effectively communicate issues requiring escalation to senior management
? Observe, understand and be attentive to team dynamics, morale, development areas,
opportunities, issues, risks, and dependencies etc.
? Responsible for training and development of all levels within the team
? Provide routine updates and transparency to reporting line manager in a different region
? Continuous focus on process improvement, standardization and staff development
? Implement strategic goals and objectives, demonstrating and applying strong project
management skills to drive deliverables forward
? Effective management of resources including routine capacity analysis, promotion
recommendations, merit increases, performance management, proactively assessing resource
needs and making recommendations to senior management

ODC Quality Assurance

Qualifications:
? Postgraduate with 6-10 yrs of relevant work experience. Requires at least 2-3 years of experience being a Manager of teams of 5 or more people
? Experience and comfort with a virtual reporting line to next level manager
? Requires experience in data operations, process management, quality assurance or general business management experience with a proven track record in operational effectiveness, and meaningful exposure to operating within an evolving team
? Strategic and tactical management skills with the ability to mentor, build, inspire and motivate high performing teams
? Clear verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate complex business concepts to senior management
? Excellent communicator, articulate and well presented, must be able to communicate and consensus-build with varying levels of seniority within the organization, locally and in other regions
? Excellent presentation skills
? Highly organized, efficient, result-oriented and resourceful
? Ability to dissect and understand complex problems and build consensus around practical solutions across organizational departments
? Must be a strong self-starter and able to be a driving force to execute on initiatives with minimal to no supervision
? Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously is critical
? Places interest of the team and the organization above individual self-interest
? Strong sense of judgment to know when to escalate issues, and the ability to anticipate and present relevant information to senior management to help bring about a swift resolution
