This individual will support the operating activities of Wells Fargo businesses in the Asia Pacific Region (“APAC”).

This individual will support the operating activities of Wells Fargo businesses in the Asia Pacific Region (“APAC”).  A critical function of this role is cross platform coordination to support the businesses and support functions in APAC. Specifically, coordinating business support activities with local International Group COO Structure and various business managers within the international Wholesale lines of business.
Responsible for supporting cross functional/virtual teams regarding legal entity justification, identification of critical and non-critical services, and execution of service level agreements.   Works with lines of business, shared service functions and country management on resolution planning.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the operating activities of Wells Fargo businesses in the Asia Pacific Region. A critical function of this role is cross platform coordination to support the businesses and support functions in Asia Pacific.
  • Coordinating business support activities with local International Group Chief Operating Officer Structure and various business managers within the international Wholesale lines of business.
  • Responsible for supporting cross functional and virtual teams regarding legal entity justification, identification of critical and non-critical services, and execution of service level agreements.  
  • Partner with lines of business, shared service functions and country management on resolution planning


Requirements:

  • Background and/or experience in accounting, resolution planning and contracts
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both the line of business and technical personnel
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical and documentation skills
  • Education & Licensing Requirements:  An undergraduate degree in accounting or pre law preferred
  • Ability to manage many competing projects effectively for on-time delivery; strong demonstrable project management skills
