Our international team in our headquarters in Munich consists of nearly 400 highly talented and passionated members from over 50 nations. We use and develop the best practices in IT, Human Resources, operations, online marketing, webshop design, in addition to creating very innovative digital content for our editorial, public relations and branding activities. We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Leader Payment Coordination (f/m), based in our office in Munich.


Your responsibilities:

  • Professional & disciplinary leadership / management of the payment & fraud team
  • Responsibility & control of the subject area fraud (prevention, scoring & risk management)
  • Monitor the market development of fraud activities with an impact on e-commerce as well as the development of measures to prevent them
  • Responsibility & control of the subject area payment (payment portfolio, contract negotiations, connection of new PSPs)
  • Introduction and implementation of processes and practices to ensure compliance of the service level agreements
  • Close collaboration with the IT team to optimize the internal payment and fraud tools
  • Tea-wide project work for the systematic development of existing processes

 

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent, ideally in the commercial sector
  • Several years of professional- and leadership experience in a relevant environment, ideally in the area of fraud prevention or payment
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
  • Ideally experience in merchandise management systems
  • Conscientiousness in handling our customer data as well as excellent organizational and coordination skills
