About the role:

The successful candidate will integrate the Paris team (c. 25 professionals) and assist the head of debt advisory as well as other senior team members. Key areas of responsibilities will be:

  • Support origination and execution of debt advisory mandates on the French market, either in connection with M&A mandates or on a stand-alone basis (add-on financing, refinancing, recap, restructuring)
  • Prepare supporting materials including pitch books, deal teasers, management presentations, information memorandum as well as other supporting documentation and analysis
  • Build financial models, conduct industry/company research and analysis
  • Play an integral role within the team and support the day-to-day running of transactions
  • Maintain deal pipeline and help monitoring latest debt market developments
  • Start developing relationships with corporates and private equity sponsors
  • Train and manage more junior professionals



  • Graduates from top tier Business or Engineering schools / Masters in Corporate Finance
  • 2-4 years experience in debt advisory or in leveraged finance with a prior experience in advisory
  • Committed, rigorous, detail-oriented and self-starting individual
  • Highest standards of personal conduct, professional performance and business ethics
  • Proficient in presentation drafting and complex financial modelling
  • Advanced understanding of loan and private debt markets
  • Ability to manage several projects at a time and work equally as an individual and as part of a team
  • Fluency in both French and English is mandatory
