This progressive Business Accounting firm is made up of the industry's best finance professionals encompassing Chartered Accountants, Financial Planners, Insurance Brokers, Admin Specialists and Technology Experts. With clients' needs stretching from SMSF discussion (most of their compliance files are done externally) to PAYG tax, setting up a business and running a business. You will be encouraged to run this division as your own, taking accountability and responsibility.
There is one major stipulation to work within this business, you must be tech savvy or technology focused and communicate well with people. The client files are cloud based and they use a series of digital apps to streamline workload and make the client experience better. But they are not stopping there. The aim is to automate as much of the ground work as possible to make the workplace 'hum' with a people first experience. We are looking for candidates who have embraced technology and use it to work on more value add tasks and engaging with the client.
Working closely with our financial planning and accounting team, your extensive professional expertise will complement the efficient delivery of your service to our valued clients. You will quickly be able to build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders, and confidently and competently assess and respond to their needs.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' public practice experience, a working knowledge of class super, and a CA or CPA qualification (preferred but not essential). This role suits someone who is looking to take on more of an accounting advisory role. You will have support from an accounting manager with over 25 years' experience as well as our accounting and office admin. You will have the choice of apps to use with Xero to help your clients succeed.
